Only Jewish community members are allowed to reserve any facility provided by Shaar Hashamaim on pay per use basis. You may make this reservation only for you or your other Jewish community members. However this reservation must not be for a non-Jewish person or entity who is wanting to use your User Id and password to make such reservation. This does not stop any community member from inviting non Jewish person/s to the occasion conducted by a Jewish Person but a care must be taken by the person making such reservation that this facility is not used for carrying functions/rituals of any other faith, providing alchoholic beverages or any intoxicating drugs that are illegal to use. Since, this is a Jewish facility, we strictly prohibit conducting any function related to any other religion or faith. We thereby permit only a Jewish functions to be carried out in this facility and we warrant you against conducting any function or ritual related to any other faith. It is the sole responsibility of the person making such reservation that the sanctity of the Jewish religion and adjoining Place of worship is maintained at all times. Violation of above rules will be taken very seriously and person making reservation will be liable for punishment under the law inscribed by the Indian Penal Code.
